Refund Policy

Last updated: July 2026

We want every client to feel confident working with DMarketingMayor. This policy outlines how refunds are handled across our services.

1. Service-Based Work

Because our services (Shopify store setup, dropshipping systems, digital marketing, email marketing, book marketing, and growth consulting) involve real time, strategy, and labor from the moment work begins, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.

2. Before Work Begins

If you change your mind before any work has started on your project, you may request a full refund of any deposit or payment made, minus any payment processing fees already incurred.

3. Milestone-Based Projects

For larger packages billed in stages or milestones (e.g. Professional and Enterprise tiers), refunds are assessed based on work completed up to the point of cancellation. Completed milestones are non-refundable; unstarted milestones may be refunded upon request.

4. Ad Spend & Third-Party Costs

Any advertising budget spent directly with platforms like Meta, Google, or TikTok is non-refundable through DMarketingMayor, as this spend goes directly to the ad platform and not to us.

5. Monthly Retainers & Subscriptions

Monthly services (such as ongoing ad management or growth consulting retainers) can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. We do not offer partial refunds for time already used within a current billing period.

6. Free Resources

Free guides, PDFs, and downloadable resources are provided at no cost and are therefore not eligible for any refund consideration, as no payment is involved.

7. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us via WhatsApp at +1 (970) 570-2352 or through our contact page, including your name, service purchased, and reason for the request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours.

8. Our Commitment

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're ever unsatisfied with a deliverable, reach out first — many concerns can be resolved through revisions or clarified expectations before a refund becomes necessary.
